Meet the Serenity Tax Salvation Team

Aric Schreiner
Aric Schreiner, CPA, PFS, CTC is the managing member of Serenity Tax Salvation. After owning Columbia CPA Group, LLC for more than ten years, he decided to devote his attention to saving people from IRS tax debt. He organized Serenity Tax Salvation, LLC in October 2016 so that he could use his decades of standing up to the IRS for the benefit of his clients. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and earned his Personal Finance Specialist designation 2010. In 2011. He became a Certified Tax Coach a year later, joining a group of 300 other proactive tax planners, and receiving monthly training on cutting-edge, tax-saving strategies. In less than five years after becoming a Certified Tax Coach, he saved his clients more than $2.5 million in taxes. Aric is a member of the Rotary Club of Northwest Columbia and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of the BNI Columbia referral network. Aric attended Westminster College and received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. For the past four years, Aric has volunteered to read twice a month to second graders as a Partner in Education at West Blvd. Elementary School. Aric enjoys studying the Bible and was a commissioned lay minister for 21 years. When his sons were younger, he was an active coach of youth sports for about ten years. Aric is an avid golfer as well as a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and attended game 6 of the 2011 World Series with his family.
Michelle Allphin
Michelle L. Allphin is a Staff Accountant at Columbia CPA Group and a graduate student at Columbia College. She is working toward a master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Columbia College and will sit for the CPA exam in the next year. Michelle is an extremely detail-oriented, independent thinker who strives for perfection. She is a member of the AICPA, MOCPA, and Honor Society. Originally from Rocheport, Missouri, Michelle is a life-long Boone Countian. When away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their four dogs. She also loves to travel, in particular to California and Colorado.
